Comprehensive training will be provided upon recruitment.
Draft and revise documents and internal materials as assigned.
Participate in monitoring and supervising compliance with company procedures and regulations across departments.
Assist in organizing internal programs related to the development of the Quality Management System under ISO standards, including internal audits, process improvement initiatives, 5S evaluations, and competency enhancement programs.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Report work progress and results to the supervisor on a regular basis.
Job Requirements
Preference will be given to candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and Internal Communications, or who possess basic video editing skills.
Age: 22–25.
